Activepieces is changing how human-in-the-loop approvals work by integrating approval actions directly into popular apps like Slack, Teams, Discord, Telegram, Outlook, and Gmail, rather than using a separate Todos dashboard. This shift follows the observation that users prefer handling approvals in the apps they already use. The update introduces a new “Approvals” tab in the workflow builder and removes the standalone Todos table and comments feature. Users with existing workflows using the old system need to switch to the new approval actions before the features are removed.
